A brisk windy morning, coupled with the perfect mix of riders (minus one), equaled the perfect day for an impromptu ride and dine (breakfast edition) to the world famous Franks Diner located in downtown Kenosha, WI.

The morning ride started like it usually does with Rev Rum waiting in his garage for Riley to show up. Then they (minus Riley) rode out to greet Hannes on his speedy solo trip down Bain Station Rd. From there they (minus Riley & Hannes) make their way a couple of miles further to Strouf's house for a quick pick up and turn around in his driveway. Now they all (minus Riley, Hannes, & Strouf) ride a mere mile while having a joyful conversation about yesterdays doings until they get to Allemands house. Here, hearts pound waiting to see if Dan's front house light is on. This is the sign that he will be riding today. Hooray !!! He is going. Things only get better now as they all (minus Riley, Hannes, Strouf, & Allmand) are united. The camaraderie is thick today. It's hard to hear anything because everyone is trying to talk at the same time. The only thing that is going to make this ride better is when the 'west side' riders meet up with the 'east side' riders. Look down the road,..... can you see all the bike lights headed our way,..... there they are.... Instant utopia is now upon us. We are all together, and things can't get better. As a group we (minus Riley, Hannes, Strouf, Allemand, DelFrate, Randerson, and just about anybody else you can think of besides Zoerner and Lewis) decide that it would be a great day for a shortened ride, and some quick breakfast at Franks Diner in downtown Kenosha, WI. So off we went to fill our bellies, then head out to another day of work. All members (Rummelhart, Zoerner, & Lewis) agreed that this was a day that would go down in DC history.

On a side note, the group did leave J.J. in the dust, throw him under the bus, or whatever you'd like to say. When asked about the situation J.J. replied, "Those guys won't  ride with me anymore buddy, and I think it all stems from Mikey being jealous of my new ride."

Lets take a look at some of the good times that we all had.

Good Times........ Dyn-o-mite
