Brian and Chris took on the male tandem division at the Ore to Shore bike race. This was a huge accomplishment for them, especially when you take into consideration that this was their first tandem mountain bike race (they had only practiced off road riding two days prior to the race). They won their division, and by doing so, they helped 'spread the word' of the Best Buddies program in a highly positive manner. Chris stated that he was happy. He also added "I just hang on, look down, and pedal." Brian said of Chris.."He's my inspiration,......without him, I couldn't have, and probably wouldn't have done this....thanks big guy, you complete me!"
