Check out your favorite DC rider:

Name:        Brian Rummelhart

Club President

Bike:         Specialized M4 S Works/Specialized E5 S Works/Cannondale Tandem
Nickname:  Rumme, Spidey, Sporticus
About Him:
Brian is the guy who makes the Drivers Club commutes fun for all, he is the original MTB racer of our group.  He has raced with his dad for years prior to starting the club, and encouraged the other members to begin competing, commuting, and just plain getting involved.  Brian always has a quick comical take on any situation, and he's a great front man for our club.  He enjoys the charitable aspects that our club has branched into this year, and our involvement is a direct reflection on Brian as a person and as our President.  Brian & Chris Hannes  broke new ground this year when they saddled up on Rumme's new tandem, which had it's maiden voyage at the Tour de Cure. With new found confidence on the tandem, they feel that they are 'on the brink' of winning the Ore to Shore soft rock race this August. ------Stay Tuned.

Bike:       Trek 6500 /  Trek 800/ Cannondale R600
Nickname:     Heap, Flabio, Pajama boy, Victor E., Pony Boy
About Him:
Dan is the 3rd 'Driver' that Brian & Jim coaxed into joining them.  That's when they could officially call it the '3C Drivers Club' - and he has made strides of improvement since his first ride, back in May 2005.  Dan has jumped into this years Drivers Club Head first.  He helped publish this website, with Brian and Chris.  He has big expectations for the future of this club, and the good it can accomplish in our community.  Plus, he enjoys the friendship and comradely that is the heart of this tight knit group.  Others see how much fun we seem to be having, and are interested in joining up. Dan has given up much of his time lately to become the official team trainer. It's mostly because of  Dan that the team has logged in so many miles on our bikes. He pushes us to be better. Dan is now an accomplished MTB racer, completing two Ore 2 Shore races and one Cheq Short and Fat.  In the off season he also dabbles in indoor triathlons and stair climbs.

Dan is also a dirty rotten mile racker-upper ........YOU GO DAN.

Name:     Chris Hannes

Media Relations

Bike:  Specialized M5 S Works, Specialized E5 S Works Team Edition, Specialized E5 S Works, Specialized FSR Enduro Expert,  Fuji Roubaix Pro, Cannondale R600, Iron Horse Excelsior Comp, Gary Fisher Joshua, Sweet Misty
Nickname:     Pigpen, Muffin Top, Total Package
Fears:  Tow Trucks, Josh Martin in Speedo
About Him:
Chris is a generous guy, he'll help someone tune up their bike, he'll let you use left over parts from an upgrade, and he'll even get down and dirty changing a flat for you out on the trail. He has a new route to ride, from his newly built home out by the Interstate, and aside from the 6.2 mile straight uphill West shot home in the morning, things seem to be going well.  Chris is one to bring out the best in everyone around him.  He likes the friendly competitive match-ups, but he truly wishes to see everyone do their best and have a good time working and playing with the Drivers Club.  Chris is the 'stoker' on the back of the Drivers Club tandem.  Although his view at the races won't be that spectacular, big things are expected of that team.  Chris is the person that provides all I.T. equipment to the team, and the countless hours required to keep things running smoothly that no one ever sees.
