Drivers Club @ Tour de Cure 2006

Chris and Brian as seen through the eyes of a water stop volunteer attendant

Six members of The Drivers Club participated in the Tour de Cure on May 21 to raise money for diabetes research.  The event is held annually in 80 cities all over the United States.  The Drivers Club was proud to enter their six riders in the Grafton, WI event.  The 54K event had four Drivers Club Members including Team Captain and Team Trainer Dan Allemand, Norm Hoening, Jodi Rummelhart, and Gail Hansche.  The 107.95K was completed by Club President Brian Rummelhart and Chris Hannes, on a MTB tandem.
Special thanks to Norm Hoening for bringing this event to our attention and TCTT Dan Allemand for his tireless fundraising work.  Drivers Club extends it's gratitude to Club President Brian Rummelhart for his late night preparations in making sure all in attendance had the best possible experience.
